Swiper community is one of the outcast communities of Bangladesh. They don’t have excess in any places of our main society. They even don’t give excess to eat food sitting on the restaurant. In the health sector they are far behind from taking service. Breaking the silence Mamota project with the help of FWV of Bamondanga delivered two babies in the UHFWC knowing that main societies people will not take it easily. During mid of May of this year one person Sree Durjoy Chandra Basfore came to the UHFWC with his gawky face. He argued that he is one of the Swiper community. He recently thinks that her wife Jharna Rani Basfore become pregnant. This will be their first child and he is very worried because some of their community people died during delivering child. No one help them. Without any hesitation FWV of Bamondanga Jesmin Nahar Nishat and Midwife Rowzatul Zannat take his address and ask him to come in the UHFWC as soon as possible with his wife. One day after Durjoy gathered courage and came to UHFWC for his wife’s first ANC checkup. That was 19 of May in this year. After that they have taken three antenatal checkup and follow every instruction of service providers. Their hesitation being clear during that time and they bring Mousumi Rani Basfore who is also pregnant and its her second baby. She has some complication during her first pregnancy. Midwife also checked her and found that her baby’s position is normal. Both of the FWV and Midwives are taking good relation with them and follow-up them regularly. Mousumi Rani takes 4 ANC from July 2022. And finally Jharna Rani delivered her first girl child on 9th December, 2022 and Mousumi Rani deliver her second baby on 20th December, 2022 at Bamondanga UHFWC. Moushumi's husband is very happy with the behavior of all the members of the Mamota team, even the behavior of the midwives. Which is not to ever forget but to put ourselves in everyone's place to bring them to the seat of equal dignity. “Respect and love for Mamota has increased due to coming to everyone's place. I am the first of my family and fortunate one who get such kind of treatment.’’ Said Jharna Rani. They thanked Mamota team and it’s all partners and glad to continue such service on behalf for Ethnic community.
